I'm a regular at the Beauty Lounge, usually my reviews are great, but on my last appt. there were a couple of things that weren't right. I think I was the last appointment of the day, so I sensed the therapist was trying to rush. She applied the eye lash tint, then started waxing my eyebrows with the tint still on. The result was I got tint in my eyes, and around my eye area, meaning I had panda eyes for a couple of days after. Not the best experience I've had there to be honest.

Due to the small size of the salon, it was possible to hear a lot of noise coming from outside during my massage which was slightly distracting.
Apart from that however, the massage was great. I felt very comfortable as soon as I arrived and attention was paid to areas where I needed the most work.
I have felt fantastic all week and like it was entirely worth it so despite the slight criticisms, I would be keen to come back because the massage itself was so good.
