The lady who did it was extremely nice however she did not do a good job at all, she didn’t remove all/ a lot of the hair & bad technique. I been here before and had Christina and she did an amazing job but this times experience was a complete let down. I traveled all the way from Kingston south London for my appointment and I payed a lot of money to get good treatment however my standards were not met and now I have to pay another £30 + to get my wax redone, the staff who I had needs training!

I was seen for my appointment on time and felt welcomed. The treatment room was very relaxing and Jasmin explained the process thoroughly. She was very professional and I was really pleased with my eyebrows and eyelashes. Would definitely return. Thank you

I'm a regular at the Beauty Lounge, usually my reviews are great, but on my last appt. there were a couple of things that weren't right. I think I was the last appointment of the day, so I sensed the therapist was trying to rush. She applied the eye lash tint, then started waxing my eyebrows with the tint still on. The result was I got tint in my eyes, and around my eye area, meaning I had panda eyes for a couple of days after. Not the best experience I've had there to be honest.
