The overall experience was just okay. The lady was good and skilled so no complain on that front but the atmosphere was just okay (tiny room, absolutely not soundproof so I could hear all the noise from outside the room which can be annoying if you go there to relax).

Zoja was brilliant for my wax, it was much less painful than my previous wax at a different place where lots of hair had broken at the surface. She was lovely and had great attention to detail and I will definitely be back.
