Great, very firm. She was very attentive and asked if I was warm and if I needed certain areas etc. It’s Leytonstone so not super high end building but the staff are lovely and you get a good massage

I booked a 1.5-hour aromatherapy massage. I noticed the business has changed ownership, which was not clear on the app. (They are benefiting from the previous owners’ 4.8 rating.) I noticed mid way that Baby oil was used throughout, despite this being booked as an aromatherapy massage specifically for its therapeutic benefits. The oil had been warmed on a radiator, which was ridiculous.
Comments were made about the length of the massage. If it’s too long don’t offer the service
