I've gotten my hair done at the other half of the salon before and it was great. My pedicure was okay. It was a 60 minute appointment for which I was 5 minutes late to and received a snide remark about. And then the appointment was finished in 40 minutes so... Not sure why 5 mins late was a big deal when the pedicure wasn't even 60 minutes long.

Natasha is brilliant! She asked me about pressure and any areas to concentrate on before she started and really paid attention to the areas I was struggling with. Very friendly and enjoyable to talk to. I will definitely be booking another massage with her in the future :)
