Booked the lava shell treatment but room was very cold and I felt once the treatment had started it was difficult to say something. The music wasn't very ambient and there was a lot of residual noise from the music downstairs and the neighbours. The shell treatment was nice but I didn't feel particularly relaxed or that much muscle soreness had been reduced. Oil used was coconut oil which seemed to be the stuff you can buy from any supermarket so I didn't have a pleasant fragrance to my skin. Nice member of staff, very friendly but seemed to be rushing as another client was being seen by the time I was just dressed.
