lovely back facial by Jacqui who explained all the steps and did a consultation beforehand. however, I was waiting 15 mins for the appt and the consultation plus treatment was only 45 mins altogether, rather than the 1hr advertised.

Lovely staff. Love left premises. I have very sensitive eyes and they are really careful not to get glue or solution near my skin as this can cause a bad reaction. It’s hard to give you one individual member of staff as they are all amazing. 5🌟
