When I first went to the salon my apt wasn’t in the calendar even though still in the Treatwell apt. The receptionist was very apologetic & kindly offered to reschedule however it meant another trip back the next day. The file & paint apt itself was good - very quick & efficient. My nails look good & generally happy with the result. Watch out for future bookings if you book more than one apt on the app & then cancel one ... it might cancel both in the salons system which is what happened here.

The treatment area is lovely and my beautician was really friendly. The rest of the staff could improve on friendliness, they were very rude when my friend wanted to come and sit with me while I had my treatment.
My nails were the real let down. I noticed buckling on 4 nails while they were being done, like little mountain ranges popping up. I pointed this out three times but the beautician said it was normal and would be rectified by the top coat, which wasn’t the case. The edges were also terrible, I had top coat cured onto my fingers and cuticles which later snapped off and ruined the edges. I 100% won’t be back. I’m frustrated that I wasted £25 on nails that I want to remove.
