Unfortunately I didn’t feel valued. Both procedures should have taken 1 hour each, both were completed in just over an hour.
I wasn’t asked in terms of the length of my toenails.
Additionally my manicure didn’t consist of trimming my cuticles or filling my nails.
There was no care taken when putting the polish on, and is now chipped.

Tammy got in touch as my last review wasn't great. We had a chat about my last experience and I was offered a removal and redo of my nails.
Having removed the gel polish Tammy tidied up and buffed my nails, all very carefully making sure not to damage my nails.
Tammy was very understanding, and didn't make me feel awkward about raising an issue with my last nail polish. I've got a feeling she extended her day to fit me in quickly to get them redone.
