Jasmin got us in for 2 massages together with only a day's notice. I had Swedish back and shoulders and legs and feet, my mum had hot stones back and legs and feet massage. Carly and Jasmin were our therapists. Good pressure and i think i actually felt asleep briefly, which i never do.

I was greeted by a smile at the desk as I was early, I went to wait and was acknowledged by Charlotte who was doing my nails. The new nail room is fab. Charlotte R, as always was amazing with my nails and eyebrows, friendly, chatty and lovely.

It was a great, relaxing experience. Charlotte is a great masseuse. The only downside is that in the room just at the reception one can hear the noise from the hall, so that doesn´t help too much with relaxing. However, this was not my first and not my last time here.
