I had a deep tissue massage and reiki with Tammy on Tuesday at BBF, as always Tammy is welcoming, professional and kind.
The treatment as always was excellent and really helped with my Brain Fog

Love the new location and the atmosphere inside the facilities. The receptionist at the entrance (for the gym) makes you feel very welcome. My experience with Tammy is always the best, I wouldn't think twice about going anywhere else 😀
