Booked winter warmer which stated hot stones would be used in the massage and the weren’t. Room incredibly dark, table quite high to get up onto. Music loud but nothing could cover up the noises from the corridor. The treatment room is a room off the corridor of the reception of the leisure centre. Didn’t feel private at all, felt like anyone could walk in while I was getting undressed. Massage and facial were ok, but I won’t be coming back.
