The experience was very positive and customer service was excellent, however I did notice that there was a vast amount of eyelash tinit on my upper eye lid which had not been removed. Nevertheless, I have rebooked and look forward to my next appointment, thank you.

Nice therapist but unfortunately plucked my skin and broke it in three places. Gel manicure wasn't the best either. It needed another coat at least and is chipping already. I had the same treatments from a different therapist a few weeks ago and couldn't fault it.
