Booked back and leg massage for me and mum. Very good and they added hot stones as well. Mum absolutely loved it.

Absolutely dreadful. Waited 40 minutes in between appointments (only on my knickers). No apology when lady turned up. Had a wrap. Had these previously..this was nothing like it. Did not get measured before or after. Was not told about drinking lots of water afterwards. I have a 1 yr old so problem area lower stomach. Not touched. The cling film was all lose and coming down. For example my arms were wrapped but only too just above my elbow so not even near problem areas 'bingo wings'. The young lady was polite but didn't know how to communicate. In total I was with her 1.5hrs and she must have o my said 10 words to me. Just to finish with she told me to shower and get dressed. It was then j mentioned when booking they told me to not shower for 24hrs...she went away to ask. This was correct, no shower. The whole thing was a farce. Considering it was a Mother's Day treat. It was a waste of time and money with NO results!!! My husband who paid for this was very disappointed. Definitely would NOT recommend.

My message was great and the lady who did it was very polite and friendly. Unfortunately the room was right outside reception so not the most relaxing as alot of noise.
