My first visit to your venue and my first Hollywood wax so I was a little nervous, but I was really pleasantly surprised, the venue was lovely and the staff excellent, very professional but also friendly and really put me at my ease. Will definitely be booking more appointments and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

Generally great service, lovely staff and good atmosphere as situated in a nice local hotel. Technician was great but I do think the finished manicure could have been slightly better! Only two days in and my gel has chipped. Would visit again but mention to staff. :)
