Generally great service, lovely staff and good atmosphere as situated in a nice local hotel. Technician was great but I do think the finished manicure could have been slightly better! Only two days in and my gel has chipped. Would visit again but mention to staff. :)
Gel Nails Manicure
Greeted by the staff when we arrived who were all lovely and very professional. The treatments very relaxing , I will definitely be booking again soon!!!!!
Hot Stone Massage
The room needs to be more stylish it is drab and dull and had rubbish piled up in the corner. Considering it is opposite the main reception it should be inviting and bright. Also there was the remains of a previous pedicure all over the floor which my stylish just case off and I then noticed that my stylish had no shoes on. My nail treatment was OK but my cuticles were mealy pushed back and I did feel it was rather rushed.
