I didn’t have a gel manicure! I booked a ‘time out for tired feet’ treatment at £38 but was told that it didn’t include a pedicure only a leg and foot massage. I specifically wanted a pedicure as was going on holiday and wanted toes painting . My therapist did do me a quick pedicure and gel toes. No footbath available. Grateful to the therapist but am confused about what’s on offer as when I checked on the site later my original treatment definitely included gel nails.

I arrived for my appointment but unfortunately there was no one available to book me in or greet me until 15 minutes AFTER my appointment time even though I was telephoning from the reception desk, it was never answered, my therapist apologised when she finally turned up and explained she had been tied up with another customer, but unfortunately this just put a dampener on my whole experience. Maybe a note on reception would be handy instead of having to stand there with no one around!
