I had a Swedish massage the therepist Charlotte who was lovely she asked if I wanted a relaxing massage or firmer massage before we started , I asked her to start firm and to finish with relaxing , unfortunately for me Charlotte found a rather large knot under my left shoulder and being the therepist that I found out that she is she really wanted to relieve it for me, I did struggle with the pain (even though I have had 2 children ) so I did make it very hard for Charlotte to do her job properly, I had my massage on Saturday and today is Monday and as Charlotte informed I would be very sore and bruised which I am but I am starting to feel much better . Looking at Charlotte when I came in I would never have said she could apply so much pressure , having said that I will be back and would highly recommend her , see you soon . Natalie.
