I made the appointment on line and arrived at the Hotel 20 minutes ahead of the time. There was no directions as to where to find the team, so had to ask at main reception. I was directed to the 3rd floor and told to sit and wait. I rang the contact mobile on the booking 7 times and each time it went to VM. I was not able to speak to anyone and was sat left waiting. Subsequently I didn't have my treatment. When I asked at main reception, they were not able to help/assist.
