I actually had Francesca do my Brazilian wax and she was great. It was my first visit to the Beauty Haven and I’ll definitely be back. Francesca was really friendly, & warm- who made me feel very welcome and at ease. The wax itself was great- super quick and tidy. I appreciated that she asked me to check and let her know if I saw anything that had been missed. You don’t always get asked that! Thank you so much
