The wax overall got rid of almost all of my hair. However the venue itself was not very clean. A lot of the equipment/the room hadn’t been cleaned in a while and was dusty and a bit grimy. Liz was very nice and chatty. She used a wax device to layer the wax on my skin before using strips to remove the hair. The device was taken from a plastic box and immediately applied to my skin - she didn’t clean or sanitise it before. It also wasn’t hot enough making the wax incredibly painful
