The treatment was good and done well and properly. Downside was the salon is new and they have some reconstruction still going on which had destroyed the experience for me even thoug they apologised. Shouldnt be taking bookings whilst reconstructing. Otherwise all good

The ladies are extremely professional and accommodating. I had asymmetrical eyebrows which they carefully examined and consulted my needs before taking action. Will definitely be going back!

Disappointed with my experience. I arrived at around 3 PM and didn’t leave until nearly 6 PM.
The underarm wax was not done properly, with hairs being tugged rather than removed, so I decided not to go ahead with the Hollywood wax. The technician also tried to apply acetone directly to the skin on my feet, and I had to tell her not to.
I paid around £60 and did not receive the full service booked. I would not return.
