Nice place and a lovely therapist, but my appointment was 20 minutes late, as prior treatment was running behind. The therapist was apologetic, but the client in before me was chatting away afterwards with no sense of urgency!
No redness or swelling afterwards, but woke up this morning to find I still have quite a few stray hairs!

booked in for a brazilian wax, not all hair was removed. was more like an extended bikini rather than a brazilian. left with a lot of redness and bruising afterwards. However, therapist was lovely and salon was clean. would go back for other treatments but not waxing,
