Excellent location which makes up for the space being a little tight, the nail technician was very good and professional, good Shellac colour range, nails could have been filed a bit more but I did not explicitly ask for it. It is pricey compared to the same service by peers also located in the broader Liverpool Street area

I have been to The Beauty Box before for a Brazilian Wax and they did a great job, but unfortunately this time something just seemed to go wrong.
I was left with wax still on my skin and as i was in work i couldn't get rid of it properly until the evening, this gave me a really bad reaction and I came out covered in an awful rash.
I couldn't knock the staff or ambience of the facility but I do think maybe they need to have a little more attention to detail when it comes to post treatment.
