Wax was very quick which was great, the therapist said absolutely nothing for the duration which was quite funny to be honest. It wasn't the most thorough wax, quite a number of obvious missed hairs which is frustrating given I'd booked a Hollywood, I'm glad I had a voucher which gave me 10% off as I'd have been annoyed to pay the full price for this wax. The location of the salon is very handy for work which is why I made the appointment here but I wouldn't be quick to recommend.
