Ambience was poor - lights couldn't dim so were fully bright in my eyes, another therapist entered the room mid-treatment to retrieve her clothes and the music played was awful. For the price, the facial itself was average but the setting can be improved a lot to make it more relaxing.

The eyebrow threading was done brilliantly with care and attention.
The shellac nails look great, but the nail technician seemed to be in a particularly bad mood - she pushed my cuticles back quite aggressively to the point my little finger was bleeding by the end of the treatment. I'm not sure I'll be coming back

This was my third visit to the Beauty Box, I go back because even though they are a bit pricey for me, the service you get there is second to none. The ladies working are always friendly, up for a chat and a laugh and do a really good job! They are lovely and couldn't ask for better service.
