I arrived to get my treatment and the employee assigned to me (Victoria) was not the person who did my nails. She decided to do a different person's nails who arrived at the same time as me. I was rushed through and finished in 20 minutes and it was only after that I realised I only got a shellac file and paint and not the manicure that I had paid for.
