Overall bad value for money. Manicure done really poorly, while excellent pedicure. The ladies who did the treatments were very nice but all the others (reception included) were crazy unpolite and didn't even help me put some slippers on (and I had just paid them more than £50 so a little concern would have been appreciated).. never again, I previously came here twice but apparently it's only good if you need a rushed mani in the lunch break
