I was very concerned that the therapist was repeatedly dipping the same spatula into the warm wax pot after using it to distribute the wax on intimate areas. I didn't find this very hygienic as thought the spatula should be new each time and how many other clients had used that wax pot. I've since come up in rash which I'm worried its an infection. I've used this salon a lot and their practices have always been great (which is why I return) but this particular therapist wasn't. She made me feel like I'd inconvenienced her being there but she was fine when she did my eyebrows.
