Unfortunately the lady who was doing my wax was a temp member of staff, it was a painful bikini wax and she forgot to do one of my legs. The result was pretty poor.

Shellac manicure was good, very pleased. The staff are always pleasant and chatty. I get mine done at lunchtime with work and the service is always fast.

extremely weird experience. booked and paid on treatwell for file and polish. walked in and a lady walked me passed the nail bar and took me into a treatment room. she asked me what she could do for me. I explained I had only booked nail file and polish!! she walked me back out (squashed past the tiny walk way behind others having their nails done) was asked to pick a nail colour (situated behind the counter) without actually being able to walk over and see them. There was about 20 colours to choose from. A wall behind me had a great deal more colours but I was told I couldn't choose those as they are for sale. Why wouldnt you have each colour for sale, also available to use on clients?! Anyway i picked a colour from about 3metres away (!!) and was led back into the waxing/ treatment room. i lay down on the bed (?!) and she did my file and polish. the actual treatment was good, nails look really good and neat. when she finished she told me to wait for them to dry on a bar stool right in the middle of the walk way, so i was in the way of everyone!! Customer service/ organisation/ atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired. I felt awkward the entire time. Definitely wont be back unfortunately. not a relaxing experience at all which is exactly what I needed.
