The beautician who took my gels off was really friendly, but I wasn't 100% happy. My nails looked quite messy after the appointment, but only took a quick file and buffer at home.

The treatment was not great, I was not given a mirror at the end to check how it looked, but when I got home I saw that not all hair were threaded out. The threader was a bit rude too.

Lovely salon, in the heart of the City. Their emphasis is on efficiency & quiet but exacting care of the client. My manicure was expertly completed inside 20 minutes by my excellent therapist (whose name I've forgotten!). Thank you so much. 5 *****
