Salon looked nothing like the photos on the site. Massage was in a room so small the therapist couldn't move around the table. Room was like a broom cupboard complete with curtain over a store area full of junk with a light on. Room was right next to main salon space so noisy. Music was terrible rave type stuff - least relaxing massage ever. Therapist was lovely and massage itself was fine but space was terrible and for first Treatwell experience I was really, really disappointed and felt like I'd been cheated.
