The place was slightly hard to find if you are not familiar with the area. It is also not too clean and it doesn’t feel very welcome. The ladies were rather lovely but the place felt cheap and old and not too trustworthy. Also, she didn’t even clean the area before. As it was an underarm and i was coming from work i think this was a must. She also didn’t add oil after or anything for that matter. She has done it all in 2 mins which i don’t mind but it was not thorowly done. There are still hairs that didn’t catch which she didn’t tweeze or notice, it was really hard too as well due to the lack of light in that room. Overall I wouldn’t go back. Oh and it also hurt more than when my usual girl does it( this was urgent and I was in the area).

It is clear the salon is more concerned about how many clients they can and how fast they can see them. Staff made me feel very uncomfortable at the nail station, especially the nail technician and I was not happy with my nails at all! I personally would not come back here again!
