I chose this place because it had been recommended to me from a few friends who have done their nails and were very satisfied. When I went there, I really had an awful service. The lady who did my shellac manicure was clearly inexperienced. My nails had a really uneven shaped and were badly filed. She kept dropping nail polish over the nails, taking it off and redoing it - still badly. The amount of polish on the nails was uneven and, once the shellac dried, this resulted in little bubbles which did not go away. My mistake was not having noticed this until I got home.
For a £45 service, that was completely unacceptable. Never doing my nails again.
