I've used this salon a few times mainly because it offers flexible appointments near the office, and there aren't many that do this. My last threading experience was bad - I didn't quite realise how much was taken off until later at home and have now spent the next 6-8 weeks regrowing them. Won't go back again for this despite the convenience. Waxing was fine.
