I booked my appointment with Heloisa, excellent threading! What was great about my treatment was that she really shapes my eyebrows in line with my face shape. They look great and I'll definitely be going back. Only negative comment is someone walked into the treatment room during my treatment. If I were having something more invasive done I would have felt very uncomfortable especially as the treatment room is right by the reception. Apart from that excellent service!

The file and paint manicure was fine but I was seated una treatment room which was hot and stuffy and generally uncomfortable. The manicurist seemed very rushed. It think they take on too many appointments at the same time and don’t have the capacity.
