First time here as my usual place was booked up.
Very thorough wax from Roberta and I am happy with the results as often hairs are left and it seems to not be the case here.
There was less conversation than I was used to which usually puts me at ease/distracts from the pain! Perhaps something to be worked on as I imagine it would also be helpful for others to improve the ambiance/experience.
I also thought the room itself did not look as clean as I would have liked-towels on bed did not look clean/recently washed as I would have hoped for an appointment first thing in the day. Of course a disposable paper was put over this so it wasn't too much of an issue but it would have been better if it was all clean as one would expect at the beginning of the day.
Overall I am satisfied and would return if the regular place I go to is unavailable again in future.
