I don’t usually complain with my treatment at The Beauty Box but unfortunately was not pleased this time round. My pedicure was great, however I was not happy with the therapist who did my manicure. She filed my nails a lot shorter then I asked, I wanted them same length as my thumbs but she filed them down a lot too making all my nails look very short. When pushing back my cuticles she made my pinkie finger bleed as was too harsh with her pressure. The final product looks ok, but not what I had in mind for my holiday nails. Disappointing when I paid £80 for the whole treatment
