Not really happy with the venue and it's overpriced. The massage room is waaay too small so the lady had to move the whole table to reach my body properly.
I don’t think I’ve ever left a bad review in my life, but this was a rip off plain and simple. I was asked by the receptionist if I would mind going into a ‘private room’ instead of the manicure bar area, and I said I didn’t mind. By ‘private room’ she meant a filthy waxing/treatment room with a mop in the corner. When I asked why, they said they didn’t have room at their standard manicure bar area so, tbh I was prepared to shrug it off as them just being overbooked until i realised (alas, too late) that the quality of the manicure was ATROCIOUS. I should have gotten the hint when I had to ask the manicurist if I could wash my hands because she has removed my previous nail polish so poorly. She then proceeded to apply the shellac nail polish in tiny little jab-like motions, and because she clearly didn’t have the right positioning/angle (I was sitting on a waxing bed while she’s sitting below in front of me) I am now left with a shellac manicure that is both crooked and somehow lumpy. I’ve gotten A LOT of shellac manicures in my day guys, and for £25 - trust me - you would be better off going anywhere else.
