One of the most painful waxes I’ve had due to unbelievably hot wax, which was also put directly on places which certainly should not have hot wax put on (and then pulled off). Many small hairs left afterwards which a simple tweezer job would have sorted out. I had had an appointment here in the past which was fine, but after being scalded I won’t be returning!
