Arrived for my appointment, salon in general disarray and not ready for clients. Seemed to be staffed mainly by agency workers who didn't seem familiar with the salon or to know what they were doing. Had to wait around quite a while which was annoying. My treatment was started then half way through one of the regular therapists came and told the girl doing my nails she would take over in a fairly rude manner and didn't speak to me. Not impressed compared to past good experiences here and will definitely be avoiding that particular therapist in future.

Didn’t last as well as usual, chipped after a couple of days particularly one nail where she didn’t get the gel applied evenly initially then touched up at the end. Disappointing as have had good experience here in the past.

Gels didn’t last as long as normal this time, but good colour choice and good value for a London salon.

Both times I have been to The Beauty Box they have started my treatment at least 5 mins late (and nails normally takes longer than 30 mins, but I’m glad they don’t rush them!) but other than that very happy with the result and reasonably priced.
