Usually have a fantastic experience here. Unfortunately I didn’t have a regular member of staff for my waxing this time and I wasn’t totally happy with it. The gel varnish would have benefitted from another coat, loved the colour but didn’t last long this time round. Will still go back but will ask for a regular therapist next time.

Waxing took a while compared to the half an hour stated, was quite painful although it might be because i hadn’t waxed in a while.
