Overall the therapist was very friendly and helpful. However the strip waxing on my face has left me with numerous scabs this morning. They are all in different parts of the face too so it’s because she was waxing a stubborn area. It is clear that the waxing has been done in a rough way to cause this many scabs And they are showing through my makeup. I had my waxing done before an event this weekend and now the scabs will be visible. Needless to say I am very disappointed and will not be returning here.
