I love the venue but it is a little overpriced. I know you’re paying for quality and convenience but the reason I book in so infrequently is because it’s really not cheap! That said, the manicure was excellent and my nails look amazing... clearly I just need to up my budget for nails...

Left me a huge bruise that looks like it’s bleeding and then tried to tell me that my skin is sensitive. I’ve been having waxes for years and this is the first time it has ever happened to me. Then told me it’s because the wax was too hot. Overall I found it rushed, which sometimes can be great but not when they leave you with a bruise! Also it felt like I was splattered with wax all over and it was not applied properly. I got a voucher for a free wax but in all honesty why would I want to go back.

The nail bar was over-booked and i had to have mine done in a different room on a massage chair holding UV lamps on my knees. Not impressed at all and will definitely not be returning. The lady doing the mani was very good though, but lack of facilities ruined my experience
