Quiet and focussed ... the actual nail work is 100% first time I've had shellac. would be nice to know what's involved for newbies I.e under the light X amount of times.

Overall happy with the treatments that I had. A quick and easy service, I arrived early and appointment was brought forward which was very helpful. My only negative would be the staff, one employee had a real attitude problem and spoke to a customer rudely and had to have someone else take over the rest of their treatment.
