I am a regular customer and usually happy with the service. This time I had a late Friday appointment for shellac fail & paint. The paintwork was a disaster - nail polish touching the cuticles, uneven edges and the top coat so thick and uneven it disfigured the shape of the nails. I have asked to have it redone and the staff told me it’s the last appointment and they want to go home. I can come back on Monday and they will fix it for me. I explained that I have a huge event tomorrow(on Saturday) and would need to have it done now. So they told me it looks ok and I will be fine for one evening !! Basically they refused to do anything about this situation and only gave a refund when I requested it. Not even an apology as in their mind they ‘have provided the service’. I won’t be back there soon ((
