Manicure looks ok but the manicurist cut me

Overall result was average. The lady doing my nails cut my cuticle too much and it wouldn’t stop bleeding, even after she painted it which ruined my nail colour. I still had to pay the full price, I should at least receive a discount. Not a happy customer.

I recently changed a booking but when I arrived to the new appointment, I was told it hadn't been changed and they were unable to accommodate me and didn't offer any sort of alternative date/time. Very disappointing considering I've been going to this salon for years.
