I’ve been to the beauty box a few times - the staff are always great and it’s conveniently close to work - but this time they were running over by 10/15 mins, which is a lot when you only have half an hour to spare on a lunchtime appointment.
I asked if we could just do the leg wax as I didn’t have time, but was reassured she could still do the bikini wax. I appreciated that she tried to hurry the appointment but I’ve been left with incredible sore red bikini area, almost like a burn where the strip has been yanked in a hurry. I also also patches of hair, so I’ve still had to shave before I could be in a bikini this weekend. Unsightly and really disappointing. Beauty box have lost me as a customer I’m afraid.
