I regularly get waxing and I recently had a Hollywood with Heloisa and it was the worst waxing experience I have ever had. I have always loved the beauty box but will not be coming back. Heloisa was rude and the way she did the waxing felt unnecessarily intrusive. She did a really bad job and missed a lot of hairs. She also did not put any moisturizer or anything on afterwards. I was in the room for about 5 minutes and charged £40. Absolute rip off for the worst wax I’ve ever had.
