I booked for a Brazilian wax and received a Hollywood, having told the beautician at the beginning of the treatment what I had booked. I was laughed at when I said this isn’t what I booked... by then it was too late but I didn’t receive any form of compensation or refund. I was apologised to as I walked out of the door. Very poor.
